you're going to want to test the case where a CC enters an event into
the cosmo ui and then the sharer syncs it into chandler. you want to
make sure that all of the dashboard info chandler requires (last
modification time, by-line, etc) are what you expect. also the case
where CC updates an event in the cosmo ui.
