[Cosmo-dev] Recurrence and the dashboard

Hi Jeffrey,

Can you elaborate a bit more on this.   We've been looking at the  
Chandler dashboard spec to get an idea of the correct behaviors, but  
any insights from veteran dashboard implementors would be great.
