I was thinking more of a dedicated "geek talk" kind of meeting so it's 
a smaller crowd and we have time to ask questions and he has time to 
give a detailed demo.  Doesn't have to be long, say 1/2 hour - but 
definitely longer than the 5 minutes or so he would get at the all 
hands.
