i think that's the way we wanted it to work, not an actual product requirement.

i don't recall that being the case. in fact, i recall there being some
positivity about the notion of having the web ui url and dav url be
different.

people aren't so stupid that when they click on the web url and get a
web page that says >>>>>>>>>>>>  CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THIS
COLLECTION IN CHANDLER <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< that they won't
figure out what to do.
