[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo sticky plan

We are trying to get to a more fleshed out version of the Cosmo

This version now includes hosted service items, but (of course) no  
sticky guesstimates.   So what we need now are estimates.   If people  
can go through and add/update estimates for items in the next few  
days, that would help the planning process a lot.   If you provide an  
estimate, please put your initials in the box with the number - that  
will help people know who to talk to for clarification.   I've also  
added a column for questions.  If you see a line that you think you  
ought to be working on, but you can't estimate it, please ask any  
clarifying questions in the questions column.

A reminder: These are sticky plan estimates.  Stickies are in units  
of 2 weeks, and they are rough estimates.   No one is  being asked to  
commit to any of these estimates.
