[Cosmo-dev] Scooby to Cosmo bugzilla changes

I've made the bulk changes required to move all of the open/active bugs 
from Scooby to Cosmo.

Most of you are probably well aware of this from the 100's of emails 
that bugzilla sent to your inbox - unfortunately there wasn't a way of 
telling bugzilla not to do that - sorry!

I reset any bug that had an older target version to 'Future' and an 
older milestone to '---' so they can be reassigned.

I also moved all Snarf bugs to the new Product "Server Bundle"
