[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.5 release status

Hi folks,

As of this morning, all code bugs for 0.5 have been closed, and the  
remaining doc/wiki bugs that are open are not blockers for the Cosmo  
0.5 release.   We are going to wait until tomorrow morning to do the  
final build of Cosmo 0.5, in order to allow some last minute  
commenting to get in.   Matthew and Brian are making those changes  
and will be on call for QA in case there is a problem.    In the  
future, people should plan on getting their commenting done before we  
start spinning RC builds.   Barring any regressions, we should have a  
Cosmo 0.5 final build sometime late tomorrow.
