so if i understand correctly, the client and server simply pass tzids
around rather than full definitions. if that's the case, where does
the client get its tz defs when using the "default" timezone registry
? are they packaged in js source code that gets downloaded by the
client? for the "smart" registry, what are the precise communications
needed between the client and the server?
