I think that things are working fine as they are now, so I don't see
a need to change this. I have watches for the cosmo dev team's bugs,
so I am up on what is going on. If Brian gets tired of doing this,
I am happy to pick up the task.

Let's fix this problem when we actually have it. I do think that we
may need to change the frequency of the bug council if we succeed in
reducing our release cycle time. But since we haven't succeeded at
that goal yet, we don't have the problem.
