[Cosmo-dev] Updates on Cosmo wiki pages

I made a few updates on the Cosmo wiki pages.

+ I started to simplify some of the sections and created links to new  
pages which have more content.

Cosmo 0.5: http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/ 
CosmoZeroPointFive
+ revised/update the tenet
+ update status/feature table

Cosmo 0.6: http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/ 
CosmoZeroDotSix
+ Added new 0.6 Cosmo page, linked from Cosmo wiki home under 'future  
planning'.
+ Please note features proposed are *NOT* finalized. We are still  
working out the details.
