[Cosmo-dev] checkpoints and downloads.osafoundation.org

For checkpoint osaf-server-bundle-0.5-CP-r2631-20061009, all of the  
Selenium and BroadSword tests have passed using MySQL on the backend.

I also found the configuration of Cosmo with MySQL to be a little  
different post merge, so I wrote that up aswell.

There was one new bug "TypeError: ev has no properties" that occurs  
sometimes when things are being saved, that I will be logging.
