[Cosmo-dev] Bug 6033 - Separate out jsunit code from the Cosmo src tree

I propose that this bug be pushed off until after we make the Maven 2  
switch. It will require a bunch of Maven work, and it doesn't make  
much sense to put it in now, when we'd only have to redo it pretty  
soon anyway.

FYI - Right now the giant war problem is not an issue, because I  
simply never brought over that stuff from the Scooby tree.
