[Cosmo-dev] Testing javadoc generation for Cosmo 0.5

I have setup java on one of my utility systems and have done a dry-run 
of the 0.5 javadoc generation.

http://cosmo.osafoundation.org/docs/api/cosmo/0.5/

Let me know if that looks odd or if there are any issues.

Also, I tried to run javadoc for ical4j but it looks like I'll have to 
build a maven wrapper around the ant target.
