[Cosmo-dev] Bugzilla Cosmo Product Version Changes

We had discussed in bug council previously that the "FUTURE" version  
should be removed, as issues should be logged against the version of  
cosmo being used (which makes "FUTURE" an impossibility). Note:  
Target milestone "FUTURE" obviously still remains.

I removed the milestone but met some resistance. Also, I want to open  
up the question of what the default version should be for new bugs,  
should it be the current released version or the current Trunk  
version? Chandler defaults to "unspecified" but I think that is a bad  
idea since we'll most likely loose the version people are logging  
against when bugs come from people outside of OSAF.
