[Cosmo-dev] Non-dev documentation tasks for 0.5 release

I'm using bug#6826
<https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6826> as the punch
list for non-dev documentation tasks related to the release of Cosmo
0.5. If you have a task that you need to do, e.g. readme doc., updates
to some wiki or website page, etc. make a bug for it, assign it to
whomever, but make it a blocker for 6826.
