[Cosmo-dev] Consolidated information on the sharing format

We are winding down on Cosmo 0.5 and starting to look ahead to Cosmo 0.6

One item that we will definitely be doing in Cosmo 0.6 is switching  
to a new Sharing format, the External Information Model (EIM).   The  
details on this work to date is summarized on the following URLs.
