[Cosmo-dev] hibernate annotations and model changes checked in

I finished checking in (r2890) changes for using hibernate annotations 
(bug 7403).  I also checked in a first pass of the model changes for 
stamping, sharing, and attribute namespace support..  I tried to make 
sure all changes were backwards compatible (wouldn't break any existing 
code).   Most of the schema changes are in place, although I anticipate 
more changes as the sharing implementation continues on a branch.   Now 
that the majority of the schema changes are in place, I'm going to start 
looking at data migration from 0.5 to the new schema, and as soon as we 
branch I will start updating the dao/service layers to use the new model 
changes.
