[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.5 debrief

Quick Summary:
The team felt that 0.5 took longer to release then expected but was a  
bit of an anomaly because of the merge etc. During this release the  
team became more organized but felt a bunch of stuff could be  
improved, ie. communication with each other, transparency in testing.

There is also the concern to have better communication between the  
Chandler folks to test their stuff in Cosmo earlier and to keep them  
informed of protocol changes, etc.

All in all the team is working well together and have already  
improved as we move into 0.6.

Next week there will be no Cosmo meeting– have a happy and safe  
Turkey Day!
