[Cosmo-dev] Two hosted service features finished

I was reminded by Ted that we had all agreed to send status e-mails  
to the list when we finish features.

In that vein, I've wrapped up two of the hosted service features  
slated for 0.6:

* http request logging (bug 7303) - r2875, r2876, r2877 (sorry about  
that) and r2878
* http/ https at the same time behind a reverse proxy (bug 7006) - r2849

Next, I'll be tackling account activation via e-mail (bug 4041). This  
is going to require changes all the way down to the hibernate level,  
and all the way up to the admin ui.

I'm not certain, but I believe changes to the User model currently  
require wiping out the /snarf/dist/{distname}/db folder (Randy, can  
you confirm?) so I'll send out an e-mail when I commit that.
