0.7alpha4 and Cosmo 0.5 handle free/busy information

format/protocol work for Cosmo 0.6
+ Brian Moseley wants to get away from PUTing EIM and iCal data for  
each event.   He only wants to see EIM records.
+ Brian and Bobby Rullo got into a discussion on the issues around  
strong ETags, and what is needed to support them in Cosmo
+ Randy and Brian discussed the problem of EIM+iCal a bit more.    
Much of the issue revolved around whether Cosmo needs to "understand"  
EIM records that don't map to Cosmo's current (or future) object model.
+ Morgen Sagen explained how he is going to approach things from the  
Chandler end, including the phases he sees and what functionality  
happens at which phase.

+ There was more discussion on precompiling the data into Javascript  
code vs JSON.    Part of the debate was tradeoffs of nicer Javascript  
object models versus faster execution time.

status on Cosmo for his work re-implementing the cosmo web user
