I am being pessimistic - I was worried about a part of the spec I am
not familiar with, and also about the complexity of the algorithm
that collapses overlapping events into free time blocks.
And I have to concur with Brian in saying that if it fits into the
schedule why cut it, unless other more important stuff starts taking
longer?
