not to sound like a broken record, but: it doesn't matter if that's
part of the plan for preview. it's already in the product. somebody
today can create a free-busy ticket with osaf.us right now. the ui has
got to behave gracefully when it is given a free-busy ticket, even if
it's something minimal. we don't get to just ignore features already
in the product just because they are not high priority to ppd.
