[Cosmo-dev] server repository cleanup

Unless I hear any dissenting voices, who will be promptly shot, I will 
be doing a svn delete on the following directories:

	commons, cosmo-demo, snarf, crapi, jackrabbit, mde, scooby and derby

I'll wait until tomorrow morning to do the actual delete - or 
immediately if all of the devs +1 the proposal.
