[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.3 released

as you probably inferred last week, Cosmo 0.3 is (finally) available
for download as part of the new OSAF integrated server bundle, which
also includes Scooby 0.1.

0.3 is a new feature release including:

    * A web-based tool for browsing the contents of the Cosmo repository
    * Atom-based calendar feeds
    * Support for the CalDAV calendar-query and multiget reports
