There's nothing that prevents us to create a new "product" in Bugzilla
though (something called "Operations" or something...) so that we can
track the issues with a well known system and, if needs be, move issues
from "Cosmo" to "Operations". IT has its own tracking system also but,
there again, separating those issues from the normal IT flow would be a
good thing.
