[Cosmo-dev] cosmo 0.3rc2 ready for download

cosmo 0.3rc2 is ready for download at
<http://downloads.osafoundation.org/cosmo/releases/0.3>.

rc2 includes a couple of bugfixes that were announced on the list
earlier today. otherwise it is identical to rc1.

cosmo is now distributed as part of the osaf server bundle, which
includes scooby
as well as a fully configured tomcat instance. it should look very
familiar to those of you who have used 0.2, just with a few naming
changes.

server bundle docs (including installation instructions) are found at
<http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Documentation/ServerBundleAdministrator>.

we're shooting for a final release of 0.3 on monday. the final release
will include a native windows startup script, which should make kervin
happy :)
