yep, rc1 was tagged yesterday. i didn't announce it publicly because
the documentation is not yet complete, but in retrospect that was
probably a mistake.
the download page is
<http://downloads.osafoundation.org/cosmo/releases/0.3/>. cosmo is now
distributed as part of the osaf server bundle, which includes scooby
as well as a fully configured tomcat instance. it should look very
familiar to those of you who have used 0.2, just with a few naming
changes.
server bundle docs (including installation instructions) are found at
<http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Documentation/ServerBundleAdministrator>.
i don't have a firm eta for 0.3 final yet, but it's making its way
through qa, and we hope for it to be ready to go in the next couple
weeks.

0.3 supports the calendar-query and multiget reports. it does not yet
support the freebusy report or permission - those are slated for 0.4,
which we are going to try our hardest to ship by mid-june. 0.3 also
does not support locking (webdav class 2) or acl, and those are not
yet on the schedule.
