[Cosmo-dev] Cosmo 0.2.8 is ready for sanity tests

Todd,

Since it's going to take me at least a few days to automate Foxcloud  
client compatibility I was hoping we could come up with a quick  
manual sanity test of 0.2.8 so that I'm not such a big bottleneck on  
this.

Obviously we'll want the extended performance tests run against 0.2.8  
before we put it into production, but I can run a quick sanity test  
with foxmarks against a local cosmo 0.2.8 to unblock your usage I  
just need the hidden config variables to route the setup wizard to  
localhost.
