[Cosmo-dev] New Python WebDAV implementation

Some CalDAV developers may be interested in my WebDAV implementation,
NoDAV (http://nodav.python-hosting.com/).

NoDAV is a framework for adding WebDAV functionality to Python web
applications, without tying developers to a specific web framework.
NoDAV should be easy to adapt to any HTTP 1.1 framework with only
~100-150 lines of NoDAV related code.
