Traffic on the Cosmo list was light this week with a number of key  
participants being out of the office on vacation. Here's a brief  
summary of the major discussions that have been going on this week:

*Cosmo and Scooby URLs*

John Townsend started an intense discussion into how we can handle  
URLs within the Chandler Ecosystem. Our goal is to support all of the  
possible clients as easily as possible and minimize the number of  
unique URLs that users have to deal with.  This discussion started  
earlier in the month but has been ongoing and full of great information.

*CalDAV compliance level*

Charles Mattair asked about the CalDAV compliance level of Cosmo  
(currently -9 revision level) and Brian Moseley responds. (We're  
currently at -9 revision level and hope to increase that in the future).
