[Cosmo-dev] cosmo 0.4-rc2 available for download

following hot on the heels of rc1, you can now find 0.4-rc2 at the
download site: <http://downloads.osafoundation.org/cosmo/releases/0.4/>

there are 2 changes from rc1:

 * the depth header is now handled correctly for calendar-query and
freebusy-query reports
 * the content length and etag for a dav resource are now calculated
when the resource is PUT rather than for every GET/HEAD/PROPFIND
