0.4-rc1 includes the following features:

 * caldav freebusy-query report
 * new freebusy ticket permission
 * depth: 1 support for the calendar-query report
 * startup time repository initialization
 * upgrade to jackrabbit 1.0 final release

if all goes well, the final release will happen tomorrow - and then i
go on vacation for the rest of june :)
