[Cosmo-dev] Dojo information model

Brian Skinner sent me a note about the Dojo project's information model. 
(Brian used to work with us at OSAF; his OpenRecord project is now at 
Dojo). From his email:

I'm not yet caught up on the sharing format conversation, and I haven't 
yet followed up on this Dojo project, but I wanted to pass this along to 
everyone.
