Yeah I was talking on the #maven channel yesterday and heard that there
is a forehead.conf file in maven which includes the class libraries from
$MAVE_HOME/lib directories. And this directory has some default library
files like xml-apis, xerces, etc.

Do we have any plans for migrating to maven 2.x?
