[Cosmo-dev] VOTE: cosmo/scooby merge

If the caldav part of Scooby (i.e the present scooby) is documented and
the community finds it easy to extend it to any Caldav/CardDAV/Atom
server, its good to have Scooby as part of Cosmo.

The advantages that could be useful includes cleaner code with tighter
integration with Cosmo, a better UI for Cosmo, a very small performance
improvement.

I wonder if Scooby (after the merge) can still be installed in a
separate server for security or other organizational needs.
