I am not sure that this came out right.. I wanted to clarify. Brian,  
I think you're saying that unit testing is our biggest concern right  
now and this move help us. Not that functional testing isn't _our_  
problem, right? Even though the Scooby/Cosmo team isn't writing  
functional tests, we still need to work with QA to make sure they can  
accomplish their goals with regards to functional testing.

Just making sure that everyone understands what's being said.
