k, its the same as the CalDav spec. An address book collection will not
contain any other address book collection and can contain any other
collection. So for now I will follow the same behavior, which implies
that calendar collection *can* be part of address book collection.

Its just a matter of policy and I am just curious to know the reason
behind this policy imposed by CalDav (or CardDav which is based on
CalDav).
