well, that's why i said don't worry about it for now - so that we
don't have to muddy the water with implications :)

just do what the carddav spec says for now, and then we can revisit
the issue later if/when we decide to implement mixed-content
collections.

that's because the jcr-server library isn't particularly amenable to
unit testing, which means our extensions of it aren't either. i'm
going to be working on refactoring jcr-server in the next week or two,
at which point we should be much better situated to write dav unit
tests.
