[Cosmo-dev] Dojo builder progress

Hi folks

I've been playing with the dojo custom build tool, and have made some  
very nice progress. My working copy is currently downloading 412kb of  
javascript files in 9 separate requests. A little more work should  
easily get us down to 2 or 3 requests and about 400kb. The load time  
is already noticeably faster :) We're still downloading 896 kb total  
in 54 requests, but most of these are gifs and timezone files which  
will be either cached easily or simply not downloaded once Bobby does  
the timezone optimization work.

I'm going to hold of on checking things in until I have a chance to  
do more cross platform tests, but I thought this would be a nice day- 
after-Christmas present for the all of you on cosmo-dev.

I'm headed home in about 5 hours, so I probably won't be on the rest  
of the week. Happy holidays!
