[Cosmo-dev] Migration testing quick update

Quick notes about Cosmo 0.6 data migration testing:

- I'm going to work to set up 2 Cosmo instances from the same osaf.us
production data backup. One instance will be a 0.5 instance, the other
a post-migrated 0.6 instance. These instances will be used as sources
for Mikeal's ICS comparison script. (We need to create a 0.5 copy as
well as the 0.6 migrated copy so that the two instances are frozen and
the same; the live osaf.us instance is constantly changing so difficult
to use for automated tests).

This will essentially test whether all users get migrated, all
collections (with events) get migrated, and whether all ICS files are
exactly preserved across the migration.

- There's an open thread here in cosmo-dev to work out the specific
manual test plan. We'll pick that thread back up soon. After the
automated ICS testing, we'll be able to narrow manual testing to non-ICS
test cases, including reports, feeds, non-event items, etc. I'll be
working with Adam primarily on getting to a specific manual test plan
and schedule.
