[Cosmo-dev] Bookmarkable urls, redux

Hi folks

After my last post about bookmarkable urls we realized we needed a  
little redesign to get a richer representation of subscriptions and  
tickets on the client side. To do that, some of the backend I had  
laid needed to be picked up and dropped back down, including a fairly  
significant redesign of how we interact with some of the json-rpc  
methods.

That work is all done now, and Bobby tells me that subscriptions  
added via the javascript shell work beautifully. I believe the UI for  
subscribing to calendars isn't quite in place, but I think that's  
pretty close as well.

In short, we're full steam ahead with the casual collaborator workflow!

Next up: Cosmo and the javascript shrinking machine.
