QA Cosmo is upgraded to this checkpoint and can be accessed at http:// 
qacosmo.osafoundation.org:8080/
-There were a few bugs filed, a main one of which Priscilla logged  
involving Dojo printing deprecation warnings.

Also, Timezone UI tests are in progress for Selenium (short term)  
Windmill (long term).
	
The UI element naming discussion has not yet been concluded, I would  
like push to get some resolution on that.

Travis successfully fixed the QA testing needs for the Admin UI, and  
I will be interfacing with that for the next checkpoint.

The broadsword tests all passed which verifies any changes to CMP.
The selenium tests all passed which verifies any changes to old  
features of the UI.

I emailed the Cosmo list with my updates for the Cosmo performance  
test planning. I talked with mde on the phone about this and have  
devised a plan for keeping it as abstracted from the Cosmo UI code as  
possible, by keeping the AOP functionality for re-writing functions  
in the parent UI test frame. The goals for performance testing will  
be modeled after  the current Chandler perf testing goals as Ted  
pointed out in his response to my email.

As a quick summary the initial performance testing goals include:
	-Testing page load times
	-Testing calendar UI load times
	-Testing specific tests and test suites running times
