[Cosmo-dev] trunk upgraded to spring 2.0.1 and acegi-security 1.0.3

I checked in changes to the pom.xml so that we are now pulling spring 
2.0.1 and acegi-security 1.0.3 jars.  Unit tests/functional tests and my 
little bit of manual testing has passed but let me know if you see any 
weirdness.  I left the spring xml config files alone for now (not using 
any spring 2 features yet).
