[Cosmo-dev] Functional migration events verification

I just checked in my migration test script into the cosmo trunk in  
src/test/functional/migration

Right now the script grabs all the event ics files for every user on  
cosmo into an object, pickles it, and can then be run again to verify  
that all the events in the pickled object match. It requires that you  
pass an admin username and password in the command-line arguments.

I ran both steps against the live osaf.us and everything passed.

I'd like to expand this script to build a larger object with more  
data in it for validation against a migrated server but I didn't know  
what work had already been done in that area so I figured I should wait.
