[Cosmo-dev] Maven 2 now required to build Cosmo

The Cosmo build process has been converted to Maven 2 and the  
required source directory change has been made.

To compile/test/package Cosmo:

	mvn package

To generate a war:inplace:

	mvn compile war:inplace

To cleanup your development environment (including any war:inplace  
work):

	mvn clean

Please let me know if you have any problems or require any tweaks.
