[Cosmo-dev] Proposed P1/P2 for 0.6

Typically I do build/package related bugs after the initial code freeze 
so having this be marked as a P1 or a P2 doesn't change when I will 
work on this at all.  I tend to do all Cosmo related build/package bugs 
the week after the freeze happens.

If action is required on this before the freeze then we need to discuss 
who can do the javascript side and I'll work with them to get it into 
the build/package scripts.
