Jared and I talked about this at length once, he's been following
openid for a long time as well.
It could bring a lot of users to the hosted service if we were "the
place" for the openid community to come and do calendaring.
Depending on the amount of work involved, it could really increase
the amount of people who come to the hosted service for preview.
