[Cosmo-dev] mysql migration script checked in

I just checked in the first pass at a Cosmo 0.5 to 0.6 migration 
script.  It is located in cosmo/src/migration/db/mysql.  There is a 
README explaining how to run it.  It should work for the most part, but 
there will probably be bugs.  I've successfully run this using the mysql 
command line client for win32 and linux servers, as well as the gui 
Query Browser tool in windows.

There will probably be changes as the model/schema is tweaked in the 
next week or two, but I'll keep the script updated with each change.  My 
next task is to implement a Derby version.
