It was my understanding that we wouldn't be documenting the test  
plans for cosmo this release because of a lack of bandwidth.

I planned on coming up with a list of current features areas that  
need to be tested during every release and sending it out in the next  
few weeks for review -- this was mostly for my own benefit since the  
list continues to get much larger each release and it's going to get  
easy to forget about feature we developer 3 releases back and haven't  
touched.

I don't think we have the time for a more fine grained test plan  
until after this release, but it is on the list of work items for later.
