[Cosmo-dev] "Hibernation" - Integrating Hibernate into Cosmo

I'm fine with this -- it actually cuts down the QA work by a third  
since we now only have to test the Merge/Hibernate work and then 0.5  
rather than running each piece through it's own qa cycle. The  
downside is that it may be a little more difficult to isolate issues  
as being caused by either the hibernate work or the merge work but I  
don't see that as being too big of an issue.
